2. Negotiations
We aim to provide the buyer with as much information as possible to make an informed decision. Typically, we would suggest agreeing on a price (subject to inspection & survey) first, to ensure nobody’s time or money is wasted on an inspection or survey.
Owner will contribute toward flights for inspection to the successful purchaser.
3. Inspection & Surveys Welcome
Come onboard and discovered for yourself just how spacious, looked-after, comfortable & loved Smile is.
Survey is welcome at buyers expense. If a buyer is inspecting after we have hauled out for Season 2, the lift in/out for survey will be at buyers expense.
4. Legalities Completed & Hand-Over
Once everybody is happy, contracts will be drawn up at Seller’s expense. Following successful completion of sale & transfer of funds, Smile will have new owners.
